Shipping

In stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation of order and receipt of payment. 

Domestic Orders: 

Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75 - after discounts and promotions are applied. 

Delivery on standard shipping for domestic orders can take approximately 3-7 business days. 

Delivery for express shipping for domestic orders can take approximately 1-3 business days. 

Delivery for 2-Day shipping for domestic orders can take approximately 2 business days. 

Shipping options and pricing are provided under shipping method upon checkout, depending on location of ship to address. 

Please note, delivery times are estimates and may fluctuate depending on holidays, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside of our control once the package leaves our facility. 

Sometimes USPS updates the tracking number earlier than expected. Please allow 1-2 business days for the package to be delivered. If you still cannot locate your package please contact USPS Customer Service as soon as possible: https://www.usps.com/help/welcome.html

Canada and International Orders: 

Delivery on international orders can take approximately 2-4 weeks.

All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country. 

Unfortunately, we do not refund or accept exchanges on international / Canadian orders. 

 

Lost and Missing Packages: 

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages as once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control and in the care of the courier. 

Few things we ask of you: 

1. Verify the shipping address on your order is correct. 

2. Look for an attempted delivery notice slip. 

3. Check around your patio / mailbox to see if it was delivered possibly someplace close-by 

4. Check with your neighbors or someone in your residence may have accepted the delivery. 

5. Allow an extra 1-2 days for your package to show up.
